Big Brother Update || Funny Things He Says

My little dude is just hilarious! He surprises me by his sweet caring nature and his goofy and unpredictable humor! This picture was snapped at the beach this past week -- My little dude and I :)
I wanted to share and remember some of his funny phrases and memorable videos, so here we go! Enjoy!

Today he told me, "I like Ember at my house!" not soon after he had put on his best low scratchy voice for a good, "I'm BATMAN!" He often says ,"I need to kiss Ember! She's so cute! I like her! I calmed her down!"
He obviously cracks me up! He's always good for a surprise!

Here are some funny phrases at 2 1/2 years old that I don't want to forget!

"What's that that sound?" means What is that sound?
"It's not coming working." means it isn't working
"I don't think so" means I don't know

In the morning I'm greeted with, "Mama, you AWAKE?! I'm so happy to see you! I missed you!"

And before bed and naps Marshall is notorious for saying, "Don't leave me! Snuggle me! I need to hold you. Rub my back. Sing, 'I love you, Lord!'"

He often tells me that he likes my "Tutu" if I'm wearing a dress or nice shirt :)
The "secrets" he whispers in your ear are likely to be, "kiss Dada" or "hug Uncle Chad!" haha

He has learned lots of songs and several Bible verses, too!
This video is from November 2014 -- Josh and I decided to sit down and think of all his funnies :) It's crazy how much he's changed since this video and can say so many more things, but this is pretty cute!
Comment below, because I'd love to know!
What are some of the funny things your kids have said?

  1. Oh my gosh this is SO SO cute! I love how he's so enthusiastic in the mornings- that just makes me smile! These are so so funny! I don't have my own kids but my kids at work say hilarious things. One time I ran into a patient room (not my patient) to grab a piece of equipment that I needed. I walked in and said to the little boy, "well aren't you just the most handsome boy around?!" and he replied without missing a beat, "thanks! You can take me home if you want!" HAHAHAHA. me and his mom cracked up. kids are the best :)
